ofi Adams, Ghana's minister of sports,
is encouraging optimism for a historic World Cup run in 2026. He thinks the
Black Stars can overcome the odds and possibly win the tournament even though
they do not currently have a head coach.
Ghana will play Panama, England, and
Croatia in a challenging Group L. Adams is adamant that the club will be
prepared before their June 17 opening, despite the fact that they are among the
lowest-ranked teams. The country is being pushed to maintain optimism for a
strong, winning run, with friendlies against Mexico and Wales coming up and a
new coach anticipated next week.
