The Federal
High Court in Abuja has formally granted bail to imprisoned attorney Justice
Chidiebere, also referred to as "Justice Crack." Bail has been
imposed at ₦5 million under the conditions of the new ruling.
Before
release can be completed, the court requires one trustworthy surety to stand in
the exact same amount. This ruling is a major step forward in the continuing
case, providing the well-known person with a clear route to temporary freedom
while court procedures take place in the nation's capital.
