outside the USTED campus was a calamity waiting to happen for far too
long. Every day, pedestrians, employees, and students put their lives in danger
to go across. Before media tycoon Bogart Media declared that enough was
enough and raised the issue in public, accident after accident piled up.

authorities paid attention. At that exact location, a brand-new traffic light
now rises tall. It is ready and installed, but it has not been turned on yet.
