Jamie O'Hara, a former midfielder for Tottenham Hotspur, has urged his old team to make a big move in the transfer market by acquiring Antoine Semenyo, a Ghanaian forward, from Bournemouth. O'Hara claims that if Semenyo and Mohammed Kudus of West Ham were paired, Spurs would have one of the Premier League's most exciting attacking combinations.

Semenyo has been in incredible form this season, with three assists and six goals, making him one of the best attackers in England's top division, second only to Erling Haaland in terms of overall goal totals. Even though he recently extended his contract with Bournemouth after turning down offers from Manchester United and Tottenham last summer, his steady performances have drawn new interest from large clubs.

Because of his outstanding start to the season, reports suggest that the Cherries value the 25-year-old Ghanaian sensation at around £75 million. Richard Hughes, the sporting director of Liverpool, who first acquired Semenyo from Bristol City in 2023, is still a fan of the talented forward.

O'Hara stated on talkSPORT that Tottenham should take full advantage of their recent £100 million investment from ENIC in order to acquire players who can improve the team's offense, such as Semenyo.

“I’d love him at Spurs. They should go all out for him. It’s a massive club with an incredible stadium and world-class facilities,” O’Hara said.

Gabriel Agbonlahor, a former striker for Aston Villa and co-host of the show, disagreed, arguing that Semenyo might strive even higher than Spurs.

“He can do better than Tottenham,” Agbonlahor countered.

A wonderful new era for Ghanaian football players in the Premier League might begin if Tottenham were to sign both Semenyo and Kudus. This would be a fantastic partnership for supporters to witness.
