ana Agradaa,
also known as evangelist Mama Pat, has finally addressed her legal issues. She
clarified in a recent interview that widespread fraud was not the cause of her
incarceration. Rather, it began when she recorded herself showing off 300,000
Ghana Cedis meant for her churchgoers.
She
discovered that it is illegal to exhibit such money, despite her desire to give
back. Regretfully, she was accused of giving more than 660 Cedi by two guests
who did not receive the amount. This minor disagreement ultimately resulted in
a startling 15-year hard labor sentence.
